We accept enquiries about advertising and sponsored content at [email protected] and [email protected]. If we ever run paid placements, they will be labelled as such on the page and their outbound links will carry rel="sponsored", as Google requires. We do not sell editorial control over the guides, and we do not accept links inserted into existing articles.

4. Unsolicited mail

We object to the use of contact data published here for unsolicited advertising sent to any address other than [email protected] and [email protected]. Mass mailings to the support, privacy, legal or security boxes are treated as spam and reported.

5. EU online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
